Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager for a remote-first role, overseeing HR administration, onboarding, offboarding and data governance across a global workforce. You will lead the HRIS, ensure data integrity, and partner with IT and vendors to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in HR Ops, strong knowledge of global labour laws, and proven leadership in a distributed team. Experience in startups is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data across systems.
• Develop and implement HR policies compliant with laws.
• Manage benefits programs with vendors.
• Lead HR team and drive process improvements.
• Ensure data privacy and employment law compliance.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate HR systems.
• Provide KPI reporting and budgeting for HR ops.
