Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 7 years in a senior global leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-national operations and driving significant business impact.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing global operational strategies in a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills, particularly in remote team management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels globally.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large international budgets.
• Expertise in operational analytics, process optimization, and system implementation.
