This is a pivotal executive role, fully remote, demanding a leader with a proven track record in building and optimizing operational frameworks for high-growth technology companies. The Remote COO will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and scaling the company's infrastructure to support rapid international expansion. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in senior operations leadership roles (e.g., COO, VP of Operations) within the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations for rapid-growth technology companies, preferably in a global or multi-national context.
• Deep understanding of FinTech operations, payment systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC), and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and P&L management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate large, remote, and diverse teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced collaboration platforms and remote work technologies.
• Experience in a fully remote executive leadership role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional understanding of the evolving FinTech landscape.
