Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist for a fully remote role, based in South Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, managing communications, scheduling, updates, and queries to ensure a positive journey from application to offer.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to uphold an employer-brand and high-quality talent pipeline. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, meticulous organization, and a genuine passion

Qualifications

• Proven experience in candidate experience, recruitment coordination, or HR support.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
• Able to manage multiple tasks remotely across time zones.
• Based in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and candidates.
• Proactively update candidates on status, interview details, and feedback.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
• Address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain candidate records and data accuracy in the ATS.
• Gather feedback to identify process improvements.
• Support candidate experience initiatives and employer branding.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow.
