Radius Care in New Zealand is offering a full-time Registered Nurse role at the Haruru Falls facility, with 32 hours per week on a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays. You will complete patient assessments and care plans, administer medicines, monitor residents, and support families while maintaining accurate records and contributing to high-quality person-centred care.

About the role:

Gain valuable experience in person-centred care, and enhance your critical thinking skills. Complete patient assessments and care plans. Provide exceptional care, while evaluating outcomes for residents and their families. Monitor changes to residents’ conditions and behaviours. Administer medicines, and assist residents with daily activities.

Duties include:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents

• Educate and direct peers about possible side-effects of medicines
