Job summary

Radius Care invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join our Christchurch/Wellington region team. This 7-month contract role offers 32 hours per week on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.

You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medicines, and support residents and families with compassionate, person-centred care. Ideal candidates hold a NZ Annual Practising Certificate, possess strong reporting skills, and show empathy for

Location: RadiusKarori Care, 29 Messines Rd, Karori, Wellington

Hours of work: Full Time, 32 hours per week, over a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Duration: 7 months, commencing 23/11/2026, to cover an employee who has gone on a period of leave

About the role:

Gain valuable experience in person-centred care, and enhance your critical thinking skills. Complete patient assessments and care plans. Provide exceptional care, while evaluating outcomes for residents and their families. Monitor changes to residents’ conditions and behaviours. Administer medicines, and assist residents with daily activities.

Duties include:
