Job summary

ACC in New Zealand seeks a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery. You will be the primary contact for clients requiring ongoing support, coordinating rehabilitation plans and removal of barriers to recovery.

You'll work with clients, whānau, providers and employers to help achieve meaningful recovery outcomes and, where appropriate, return to work, in a Monday–Friday, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social service environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitation plans with clients and whānau, providers and employers.
• Remove barriers to recovery and support clients to achieve greater independence.
• Support clients to return to work where appropriate.
• Collaborate with whānau, providers and employers to ensure positive recovery outcomes.
