ACC in New Zealand is seeking Recovery Coordinators for the Supported Recovery stream. You will be the primary contact for clients needing ongoing support due to injury, working with whānau, providers and employers to coordinate rehabilitation plans and remove barriers to recovery.

We offer Level 1 and Level 2 appointments with salary bands; Level 1 at NZD 70,000–89,932 and Level 2 at NZD 77,502–103,336, with a 9% employer superannuation and other benefits.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar settings.
• Ability to coordinate rehabilitation plans and manage timelines.
• Strong communication skills with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• A commitment to equitable, client-centred outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for clients requiring ongoing support.
• Coordinate rehabilitation plans with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Remove barriers to recovery and support clients towards independence.
• Assist in return-to-work planning where appropriate.
