Job summary

ACC in New Zealand is seeking Level 1 or Level 2 Recovery Coordinators to support clients with complex injuries. You’ll coordinate rehabilitation plans and work with whānau, providers, and employers to remove barriers to recovery.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or public holiday work. Appointment salary bands range from 70,000 to 89,932 for Level 1, or 77,502 to 103,336 for Level 2, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Resilience and adaptability when supporting clients with complex or sensitive circumstances.
• Confidence using technology and working across multiple systems.
• Commitment to delivering equitable, client-centred outcomes.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn and develop.
• You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

Responsibilities
