ACC New Zealand is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in the Supported Recovery team. You will be the primary contact for clients requiring ongoing support due to injury complexity, coordinating rehabilitation plans and removing barriers to recovery alongside whānau, providers and employers.

Level 1 and Level 2 appointments are available; Level 1 targets development of Injury Rehabilitation Case Management practice, Level 2 requires at least three years' experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social service environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Resilience and adaptability when supporting clients with complex or sensitive circumstances.
• Confidence using technology and working across multiple systems.
• A commitment to delivering equitable, client-centred outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and develop.
• You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate rehabilitation plans and remove barriers to recovery.
• Support clients to achieve greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients requiring ongoing support due to injury complexity.
• Work alongside clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between while helping people achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.
