Zusammenfassung

ACC is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery to work with clients, whānau, providers and employers. You will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support meaningful outcomes, including potential return-to-work where appropriate.

This full-time role is for Level 1 or Level 2 appointments, with salary bands based on skills and experience and a clear career path within ACC's recovery services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social service environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Excellent organisation and time management with multiple priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Resilience and adaptability when supporting clients with complex circumstances.
• Proficiency with multiple systems and technology.
• Commitment to equitable, client-centred outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a collaborative team.
