Job summary

ACC is seeking a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery to be the primary contact for clients needing ongoing support due to injury and individual circumstances. You will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support clients toward greater independence, and, where appropriate, return to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship management, case management, rehabilitation, health, wellbeing or social service environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Resilience and adaptability when supporting clients with complex or sensitive circumstances.
• Confidence using technology and working across multiple systems.
• A commitment to delivering equitable, client-centred outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitation plans with clients, whānau, providers and employers.
