• Previous experience as a Hotel Concierge or similar guest-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge of Queenstown and surrounding area.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in using concierge software and reservation systems.
• Polished presentation and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with expert recommendations and reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation, tours, and other guest services efficiently and effectively.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local events, and attractions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.
