Placements24 is seeking a Business Development Representative Apprentice in Queenstown (Eastern Cape). You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and start conversations that build partnerships under the guidance of experienced sales leaders.

This apprenticeship provides hands-on training in lead generation, client engagement, and market analysis, with a stipend for living expenses and potential for a permanent role after successful completion.

Formación

• Matric with business or marketing focus advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and rapport-building.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with initiative.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential new business opportunities and leads.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client needs and communicate how offerings provide solutions.
• Schedule introductory meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop lead generation strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Assist in achieving team sales targets.
