Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, insurance and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base in Queenstown and surrounding areas.
• Advise clients on a range of financial products including investments, insurance and retirement planning solutions.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial strategies and products to help them achieve financial goals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.
