Job summary

Access NZ is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the full tender lifecycle for construction and maintenance projects across Auckland and nationwide.

You will drive tender submissions, oversee budgets and margins, and interpret plans to deliver detailed solutions. collaboration with clients and stakeholders is essential to ensure project success and a sustainable workflow for the business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' QS experience in construction or trades.
• Strong IT skills with a process/system orientation.
• Knowledge of NZS 3910:2013 and SA-2017 standards.
• Proven track record in tender management and commercial negotiation.
