Job summary

Tech 5 is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from tender through final account for commercial construction projects in Queenstown, New Zealand. You will prepare subcontractor packages, administer contracts and variations, and forecast costs while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• NZ commercial construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NZ contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Based in Queenstown or willing to relocate.

What you'll be doing

• Either currently based in Queenstown or actively committed to relocating
