You will manage planned and reactive maintenance requests, coordinate with maintenance partners from start to finish, and work with contractors, residents and internal teams to keep issues moving.

Qualifications

• Experience across property, maintenance, or facilities environments.
• Able to handle high-volume workload and meet service delivery targets.
• Independent worker who takes initiative and resolves issues early.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Responsibilities
