Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, maintenance or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess information for decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship management across teams and providers.
• Experience applying processes and procedures consistently.
• Confidence using multiple online systems and digital applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate service requests, determine the right trade and priority.
• Create accurate work orders ready for delivery and plan workflows.
• Manage workflows across the system to ensure timely delivery and standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance partners, contractors and internal teams.
• Track progress and keep stakeholders informed, especially for urgent cases.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements.
