Job summary

FleetPartners is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Auckland to support delivery of efficient, cost-effective vehicle maintenance services. You’ll work with Maintenance Controllers to process maintenance transactions, review invoices, resolve discrepancies and manage queries, ensuring accurate records and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and tyre replacement activities.
• Review, process, and reconcile maintenance invoices, resolving discrepancies and exceptions.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure maintenance requests are actioned within agreed service levels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, transaction data, and documentation within company systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure positive service outcomes.
