Job summary

FleetPartners Group in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the delivery of efficient, cost-effective vehicle maintenance services. You will work closely with Maintenance Controllers to process maintenance transactions, review invoices, resolve discrepancies and manage day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and administration skills.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to great service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance and tyre replacement.
• Review, process and reconcile maintenance invoices, resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure maintenance requests are actioned within service levels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in company systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
