They have been operating for over 50 years and continue to build strong client relationships which reflects in their ongoing growth. This project manager role is key in them managing their workflows and further stepping up their service delivery levels.
As the project manager of their resin flooring, waterproofing and specialist coatings division, you will sit across a broad range of projects from initial site measure and quotation, right through to project completion and final client handover. You will be responsible for the day-to-day team management and running of each job to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably, scheduling and coordinating labour, ensuring all materials are on hand, overseeing the quality of work, monitoring progress and keep clients informed along the way. This is a varied and hands-on role that will keep you busy, and you will be well supported by the experience of a team of project managers around you.
To be successful here, you will be well known for your people management skills, be results driven and will likely have sat across project management in trades-related practices. Knowledge of resin flooring processes and products is not essential but would be highly regarded. You will need to enjoy working at pace and be able to manage many priorities and demands at any one time.
