Job summary

Eric Wiig Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Hawke's Bay to oversee resin flooring, waterproofing and specialist coatings projects. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have proven people management skills, a background in construction or civil environments, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of resin flooring, waterproofing and coatings projects.
• Schedule labour, procure materials and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep projects on budget and maximize profitability per job.
• Collaborate with team of PMs to share best practices.
