Vector NZ in Auckland is seeking a Programme Operations Specialist to support the delivery of programmes and projects within a PMO framework. You will drive governance activities, ensure data quality and maintain documentation standards across the delivery lifecycle.

You'll champion continuous improvement using LEAN and Kaizen, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence while supporting a hybrid working model in New Zealand.

Competenze

• Qualification or comparable experience in business administration, project management, information management or similar.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Project Online, MS Teams, Outlook and document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor data quality, identify issues and support resolution processes.
• A sound understanding of governance frameworks and practices, compliance processes and project lifecycle stages.
