Job summary

Auckland Airport is seeking a skilled PMO/Project Coordinator to support Digital Infrastructure programmes, delivering ICT assets into construction projects. You will work with Programme and Project Managers to coordinate objectives, controls and information, ensuring project elements are well managed.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in Business/Programme Management and 5–6 years’ experience in PMO/Coordination, with strong procurement and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• PMO/Coordination experience in delivery programmes.
• Experience procuring hardware, equipment, quotes and POs.
• Ability to create and maintain structured documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with procurement, quotes, and POs; manage vendors and logistics.
• Create cost and time estimates to support budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain organized document structures for easy access.
• Provide clear communications to stakeholders in forums and written channels.
• Manage action registers for inter-project dependencies and resolve issues.
