Job summary

UCC Coffee Australia & New Zealand is hiring a Production Team Member for our state-of-the-art roastery at Twenty Three, East Tamaki. This fixed-term role runs full-time with night shifts, Monday to Friday, until 18 December 2026.

You will be part of a tight-knit team, assisting on the pick-and-pack line, stacking, and ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience (preferably FMCG) and holds a current forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and a willingness to embrace new knowledge.
• Team player who readily accepts challenges and prioritises quality.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Current and valid forklift licence.

About You

Our successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, preferably within the FMCG industry, and hold a current and valid forklift licence. This a fixed‑term opportunity until 18 December 2026, full‑time, Monday‑Friday, working night shift hours. Based at the Roastery at Twenty Three, in East Tamaki.
