Atomic Coffee Roasters is seeking a Production Assistant for a fixed-term role until January 2027. You will move from the roastery to deliveries, ensuring customers receive the freshest coffee. Join a tight-knit team with room to learn in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a passionate coffee enthusiast, perhaps a Barista or Front of House pro, with some roasting experience, and a valid driver’s licence for deliveries. 20 hours per week, Mon–Wed, with potential Thursday support.

About you:
We're looking for a passionate coffee enthusiast who's eager to learn and develop their skills behind the scenes. If you're a Barista, Front of House professional, or have some experience in roasting and are looking to take your love of coffee to the next level, this is a great opportunity to build your skills across coffee production and further develop your roasting knowledge. A full driver's licence is also required, as the role will involve making coffee deliveries.
This is a fixed term (until end January 2027), Monday to Wednesday role, with potential to support Thursday as required, initially approximately 20 hours per week.
