Job summary

UCC Coffee ANZ is seeking a Production Team Member for our state-of-the-art roastery in East Tamaki. You will join a tight-knit team on the pick and pack line, stacking and ensuring quality and efficiency across the production process, with night shift hours.

This fixed-term role runs until 18 December 2026, is full-time, and based at Twenty Three Roastery. A forklift licence and previous warehouse experience in FMCG are preferred, with opportunities to learn and grow within the coffee industry.

About you:

You’ll have an eye for detail and a willingness to embrace new knowledge. Others regard you as a team player who readily accepts challenges and consistently prioritises quality. Our successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, preferably within the FMCG industry, and hold a current and valid forklift licence.

This a fixed-term opportunity until 18 December 2026, full-time, Monday-Friday, working night shift hours. Based at the Roastery at Twenty Three, in East Tamaki.
