UCC Coffee is hiring an Inventory & Purchasing Manager to optimise stock across our NZ network. You’ll own end-to-end inventory planning, manage procurement from suppliers, and partner with sales and warehousing to ensure cost-effective supply of coffee products, espresso equipment, and spare parts.
The role requires hands-on experience in inventory management, cycles counts, ERP systems (JD Edwards), strong Excel skills, and excellent collaboration.

As our Inventory & Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while maintaining efficient inventory levels across our network. You’ll lead the end-to-end management of inventory and purchasing for purchased coffee products, espresso machinery and spare parts, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth, reliable and cost-effective supply.
You bring with you experience in inventory and/or supply planning, with a solid grasp of stock control, ERP systems, and end-to-end supply chain fundamentals. You’re confident managing supplier relationships, running cycle counts, and driving stock accuracy through process.
