UCC Coffee is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Manager for our Auckland roastery, Allens Road, East Tamaki. The role oversees end-to-end inventory and purchasing for coffee products, machines and parts, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
You will lead stock planning, forecasting and data integrity in JD Edwards, while coaching a small team. This full-time role is based on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As our Inventory & Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while maintaining efficient inventory levels across our network. You’ll lead the end-to-end management of inventory and purchasing for purchased coffee products, espresso machinery and spare parts, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth, reliable and cost-effective supply.

This is a full-time role based at our Roastery – The Roastery at Twenty Three, Allens Road, East Tamaki, working 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
