UCC Coffee is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory and purchasing for coffee products, espresso machinery, and spare parts. Based at our Auckland roastery, you’ll coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective supply and accurate stock levels.
You will lead planning, forecasting, and stocktakes, while driving data integrity in the ERP system and developing a small team to uphold high standards of accountability and engagement.

As our Inventory & Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while maintaining efficient inventory levels across our network. You’ll lead the end-to-end management of inventory and purchasing for purchased coffee products, espresso machinery and spare parts, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth, reliable and cost-effective supply.
You bring with you experience in inventory and/or supply planning, with a solid grasp of stock control, ERP systems, and end-to-end supply chain fundamentals. You’re confident managing supplier relationships, running cycle counts, and driving stock accuracy through process.

This is a full-time role basedat ourRoastery – The Roastery at Twenty Three, Allens Road, East Tamaki, working 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
