Job summary

UCC Coffee ANZ is seeking a Production Team Member for our state-of-the-art roastery in East Tamaki. You will join a tight-knit team on the pick and pack line, stacking and ensuring quality and efficiency across the production process, with night shift hours.

This fixed-term role runs until 18 December 2026, is full-time, and based at Twenty Three Roastery. A forklift licence and previous warehouse experience in FMCG are preferred, with opportunities to learn and grow within the coffee industry.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably FMCG
• Current forklift licence
• Based at Roastery in East Tamaki

Responsibilities

• Assist on the pick and pack line to support production flow
• Stack items and ensure quality and efficiency at each step
• Support overall production processes and learning opportunities within the role
