Job summary

Atomic Coffee Roasters in Auckland is seeking a Production Assistant for a fixed-term role (until the end of January 2027). You'll dive into the world of coffee from the roastery to deliveries, helping ensure customers receive the freshest coffee and supporting a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers packing, roasting support, and driving duties, with approx 20 hours per week across Monday to Wednesday, and potential to fill in Thursdays as needed.

About you:

We’re looking for a passionate coffee enthusiast who’s eager to learn and develop their skills behind the scenes. If you’re a Barista, Front of House professional, or have some experience in roasting and are looking to take your love of coffee to the next level, this is a great opportunity to build your skills across coffee production and further develop your roasting knowledge. A full driver’s licence is also required, as the role will involve making coffee deliveries.

This is a fixed term (until end January 2027), Monday to Wednesday role, with potential to support Thursday as required, initially approximately 20 hours per week.
