EROAD is seeking a Product Operations Manager in Auckland (Albany HQ) to drive transformation of product processes and governance. You will own metrics, documentation and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering and business teams.

In this role, you will implement scalable workflows, partner with leadership, and apply AI thinking to operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role shaping how the product org delivers value.

Qualifications

  • Experience building product operations processes, rituals and governance frameworks.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment between product, engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Experience owning documentation, knowledge management systems and reporting mechanisms.
  • Experience implementing operational metrics and reporting systems, including data analysis and dashboards.
  • Comfort with product management tools for roadmapping, planning and reporting.
  • Genuine interest in applying AI tools to product operations.
  • Seniority to lead operational strategy and process change across product teams.
  • Background in related roles such as programme/project management or business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve rituals and governance for product teams, including planning cycles and roadmap reviews.
  • Define and track operational metrics with dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Own product documentation and knowledge management so information is easy to find.
  • Bridge between product, engineering and business stakeholders to align cadences.
  • Drive proactive, scalable workflows across the product development lifecycle and GTM.
