Job summary

Green Cross Health is seeking a Payments Specialist for the Shared Services finance team. This permanent full-time role focuses on processing supplier invoices and payments across New Zealand’s Unichem and Life Pharmacy networks.

The position requires high-volume transaction experience and strong accuracy. You will manage payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and supplier communications, while maintaining records and contributing to reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience processing supplier invoices and payments in a large organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Xero is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and complete regular payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate supplier records per policy.
• Respond to queries from suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate reporting as required.
• Be proactive and contribute to team culture and performance.
