• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems
• Prepare billing, process payments and reimbursements
• Monthly bank and AP reconciliations
• Issue monthly statements of account to debtors
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
