Zespri is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments to NZ and offshore vendors, and supporting AP controls within Finance Shared Services.

Ideal candidates have AP/AR experience, SAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams and vendors. Mount Maunganui based with flexible work ethos.

Qualificações

• Experience across AP, AR, general ledger journals and reconciliations.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
• Experience using SAP or another major ERP system.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Processing invoices accurately and in line with Zespri policies.
• Managing payments to New Zealand and offshore vendors.
• Managing scheduled and unscheduled payment runs across global entities.
• Resolving payment queries, exceptions and outstanding items.
• Completing vendor account reconciliations and resolving AP data issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes and controls.
