NXP is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team in Auckland. You will manage supplier invoices, payable runs and work with ERP systems to keep payments accurate and timely.
The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues with vendors and internal teams. Experience with SAP/S4Hana and Esker a plus, along with advanced Excel skills.
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. As one of two team members focused on paying our vendors, you’ll have a chance to work with key stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. We’re looking for somebody with experience who wants to make a difference, rather than just process payments (although there’s plenty of that in this role too!). We use SAP (S4Hana) and Esker, but if you have exposure with other large ERP systems or automated payment platforms, then we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
Process invoices, using Esker to monitor invoices through the appropriate workflow and post invoices through to SAP
Work with vendors to ensure best practice submission of invoices and statements
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, liaising internally and with vendors as required
Prepare and process bi-weekly, 20th and end of month payment runs
Month-end tasks and reporting
About You
Solid experience in working in the Accounts Payable function
Detail focused, eager to learn & curious about what’s behind the numbers
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Adept at using MS Office, especially Excel, with analysis & problem-solving skills
Experience with a large ERP and automated payment processing platform, ideally SAP and/or Esker
