Job summary

Auckland District Health Board is seeking a Patient Pathway Coordinator for the Urology Service. The role focuses on coordinating data sources around patient care, waitlist management, and achieving MoH targets, within a busy clinical setting.

The role is permanent part-time up to 24 hours per week, based at Auckland City Hospital in Grafton, with occasional visits to Greenlane Hospital. Strong data management and communication skills are essential.
