Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with customers or patients over the phone.
• Strong email and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• The ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise competing enquiries.
• Healthcare or patient-facing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient enquiries received through a central email mailbox
• Responding to enquiries promptly, professionally and accurately
• Making outbound calls to patients as required
• Providing clear and helpful information to patients
• Following up on enquiries and ensuring they are appropriately resolved
• Accurately recording information and updating systems
• Escalating complex enquiries to the appropriate team
