Job summary

You will manage patient enquiries via central email, respond promptly by phone and email, make outbound calls, and ensure enquiries are resolved with accurate data entry and CRM updates.

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with customers or patients over the phone.
• Strong email and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• The ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise competing enquiries.
• Healthcare or patient-facing experience would be advantageous.
