Job summary

IMG in Rotorua is seeking a part-time Operations Support Coordinator to keep frontline operations smooth. The role covers administration, sales order processing, and varied operational support across Kinleith, Kawerau, and Rotorua.

You’ll assist the Regional Manager with reporting, data entry, and invoicing, while staying flexible to changing priorities and maintaining strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
• Confident with systems and strong computer skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, and comfortable juggling changing priorities.
• A practical problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch customer sales orders.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Support the Regional Manager with reporting, administration, and coordination across three branches.
• Assist with invoicing, job tracking, and financial coding.
• Provide branch support, from Work Packs to vehicles and site administration.
• Step in to solve problems and keep operations moving on the floor.
