Rotorua Combos is seeking a Digital Marketing, AI & Operations Coordinator to support social media, website updates, and day-to-day admin from a remote NZ base. The role focuses on content creation, posting, and channel growth across major platforms.

You will also help with email campaigns, basic SEO assistance, and AI-powered workflow improvements, while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts and strong written English.
• Ability to edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms and email marketing basics.

Responsabilités

• Manage social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Maintain Rotorua Combos website content and pricing using CMS tools.
• Support email marketing and customer communications remotely.
• Identify AI-driven improvements and draft content workflows.
