Job summary

Basis NZ Ltd is seeking an Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to ensure customers are supported and orders move smoothly. You will run the helpdesk, coordinate with logistics providers, and take a share of after-hours on-call with our Operations Manager and Revenue Operations Lead.

You will be hands-on, highly organized and calm under pressure, with a focus on accurate order fulfilment and strong communication with customers and installers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer support, operations, logistics or fulfilment.
• Experience with a helpdesk or ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
• Strong organisational skills and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers, electricians and installers.
• Triage, resolve or escalate queries and track to close.
• Coordinate orders, dispatch and logistics with providers.
• Maintain help content and report on volumes and response times.
• Process orders from intake to dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Take a rostered share of after-hours on-call support.
