New Zealand Health Group in Auckland is seeking an After Hours Coordinator to manage high volumes of phone inquiries from clients and support workers. Two part-time permanent positions are available in the CBD, with evenings and weekend shifts and a two-week paid training program.

Qualifications

Experience working in a call centre environment.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.
Proven customer service skills – a genuine interest for helping others.

Responsabilités

Dealing with complaints and incidents.
Filling shifts for external clients, funders and competitors.
Written reports to Management.
Loading of Homecare referrals and extensions.
In-depth handover when finishing/starting shifts.
Experience working in a call centre environment role is preferred.
The ability to thrive under pressure while manage high volume calls and multi-task successfully.
Resilience to push through.
