Job summary

Geneva Healthcare is seeking an After Hours Coordinator for two part-time permanent roles based in our CBD office in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland. The role requires handling high volumes of calls, coordinating shifts for clients and support workers, and delivering timely handovers and reports.

Two training options exist with a two-week training schedule; hybrid work is offered. Applicants must be NZ Citizens/Residents or hold a valid NZ work visa; Uni students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication and professional phone manner.
• Proven customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others.
• Willingness to commit to two weeks of full-time paid training.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with complaints and incidents.
• Filling shifts for external clients, funders and competitors.
• Written reports to Management.
• Loading of Homecare referrals and extensions.
• In-depth handover when finishing/starting shifts.
• Execute the role with high-volume calls and multi-tasking.
