Job summary

FIRST Security in Taupo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day patrol operations, support frontline teams and ensure delivery of high-quality security services for our customers.

You will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, manage incidents and escalations, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while coordinating workforce coverage and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of day and night patrol teams and support frontline staff.

• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships to drive satisfaction.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Taupo team. This role is responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard through strong frontline leadership, customer focus, and operational coordination.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of our day and night patrol teams, support frontline teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.
