FIRST Security in Nelson/Marlborough is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support frontline teams to deliver safe, reliable security services.

You will coordinate service delivery, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. A NZ Driver Licence is required and a hands-on, practical leadership style is valued.
