Job summary

FIRST Security in Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, NZ, is seeking reliable Security Guards to join our team. The role offers flexible, rotational shifts across Monday to Sunday, with opportunities to grow a career in security.

Responsibilities include maintaining a strong security presence, delivering customer service, monitoring incidents, conducting patrols, and following safety procedures. NZ/AU citizenship or valid NZ visa required; COA preferred and we can assist.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older
• A clean criminal record
• Be flexible and available to work across a range of days
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• A current COA is preferred but not essential — we can help you obtain one
