What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or another high-volume operational environment, with experience leading people and managing day-to-day service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with the confidence to manage performance, make decisions and take control in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly organised and process-driven approach, with the ability to plan, prioritise competing demands and keep operations running smoothly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence interpreting KPIs, identifying trends and using data to drive improved operational outcomes.
- Resilience and composure under pressure, combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
